SIDE, BEHIND, SHUFFLE R, CROSS & STEP, CROSS & STEP

1-2 Step R foot to R side (1) Step behind with L (2).
3 & 4 Step R foot to R side (3), Step together with L foot (&), Step R foot to R side (4).
5 & 6 Rock across in front with L foot (5), Replace weight back to R foot (&), Small step L to L side (6).
7 & 8 Rock across in front with R foot (7), Replace weight back to L foot (&), Small step R to R side (8).
NOTE: These cross rocks can be done smooth or with more of a jogging motion for hip hop feel. For a very low impact variation of the cross rocks, Touch across front with L foot (5), Step side (6). Touch across front with R foot (7), step side (8).

7 & 8 Rock across in front with L foot (7), Replace weight back to R foot (&), Small step L to L side (8).

FORWARD, TOGETHER 4 TIMES WITH HIP CIRCLE

1 Step forward with R foot.
2 Step together with L (L foot should be behind R in 3rd position, heel of R at instep of L).
3-4 Repeat above 2 counts.
5-8 Repeat 2 more times.
NOTE: Each time you do the forward, together you can do an optional hip circle counter clockwise. The hips will be going back and around each time you step forward.

FORWARD & BACK & STEP, 1/2 TURN, FORWARD & BACK & STEP, 1/4 TURN

1& Rock forward with R foot (1), Replace weight back to L foot (&).
2& Rock back with R foot (2) , Replace weight forward to L foot (&).
3-4 Step forward with R foot (3), Turn L 1/2 shifting weight forward to L foot (4).
5& Rock forward with R foot (5), Replace weight back to L foot (&).
6& Rock back with R foot (6) , Replace weight forward to L foot (&).
7-8 Step forward with R foot (7), Turn L 1/4 shifting weight to L foot (8).
NOTE: The forward and back rocks can be done smooth or with more of a jogging motion for a hip hop feel. For a very low impact variation, Touch forward with R, Touch back with R, instead of the rocks forward and back.

START OVER FROM BEGINNING OF DANCE!


Optional Pose At The End: At the very end of the song of the last repetition of the dance, you will have just done the 1/4 turn L. For the final pose, keep feet apart, put weight on both feet and bow head.
